Nest Bedding can deliver to all 50 states and most every country in the world, please contact Customer Service at 888-992-2001 for a shipping quote. Most orders ship directly from our manufacturers. Special orders can take 2-4 weeks. A  tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships.

Bed In A Box Brand products, if in stock, take 6-8 business days to arrive from date of purchase and ship via FedEx or UPS. This is for doorstep delivery only. If you prefer white glove delivery, please contact us for a quote.

Nest Bedding Mattresses ship 2-3 business days after ordering.

Important note before returning! We are not like other online stores with the promise of "One Perfect Mattress". That is impossible. Please keep in mind that pillows and what you have the mattress on can make a big difference.


Bedding, such as sheets, blankets, duvet covers, pillows and comforters: These items are personal items and have warranties. Once used they cannot be returned, but if you are having issues, call or email and let's discuss your situation. We are human beings too and want to have every opportunity to give you a 5 star shopping experience.

Nest Bedding Mattresses (Love Bed, Alexander Signature Select and Q3): Nothing is more frustrating than making a big purchase then not having it solve your issues. We offer different return policies, see specific product page, after a 30 day trial period and not before 30 days. Returns will be honored on beds in original condition and unstained/undamaged. The Alexander Signature Select and Love Bed require a minimum 30 days trial, but it can take up to 60 days to adjust to a new bed. After the trial period, you can exchange for a different feel or mattress in our line up, or initiate a refund after donating the mattress to a local charity. We can work with you to find one. There is no fee to return.

Your Nest Bedding Q3 Mattress is multi-layered and you can swap the order of the layers to adjust the feel. We also offer a one time exchange of any of the latex layers for up to 90 days. This is a comfort guarantee. Any returns before the end of the trial period are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Only one exchange per customer.

All Mattresses must be opened within 30 days of delivery or return privilege is void.
