Nest Bedding can deliver to all 50 states and most every country in the world, please contact Customer Service at 888-992-2001 for a shipping quote. Most orders ship via UPS Ground from our San Francisco or Albany/Berkeley store, or directly from our manufacturers 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Special orders can take 2-4 weeks. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships.
Bed In A Box Brand products, if in stock, take 6-8 business days to arrive from date of purchase and ship via FedEx or UPS. This is for doorstep delivery only. If you prefer white glove delivery, please contact us for a quote.
Nest Bedding Organic mattresses, if in stock, can take up to 2 weeks.

Bedding, such as sheets, blankets, duvet covers, pillows and comforters: These items are personal items and have warranties. Once used they cannot be returned, but if you are having issues, call or email and let's discuss your situation. We are human beings too and want to have every opportunity to give you a 5 star shopping experience.
Nest Bedding Organics Mattresses: Nothing is more frustrating than making a big purchase then not having it solve your issues. You can return after a 30 day trial period and before 60 days. Your Nest Organics Mattress is multi-layered and you can swap the order of the layers to adjust the feel. We also offer a one time exchange of any of the latex layers for up to 90 days. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Bed In A Box Brand mattresses have a 120 day full money back guarantee. There is a $75 disposal and pickup fee on Bed In A Box returns.
Nestbedding.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.
