Delivery
Nest Bedding can deliver to all 50 states and most every country in the world, please contact Customer Service at 888-992-2001 for a shipping quote. Most orders ship via UPS Ground from our San Francisco or Albany/Berkeley store, or directly from our manufacturers 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Special orders can take 2-4 weeks. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order ships, usually a day after your order is placed.
Bed In A Box Brand products, if in stock, take 4-6 business days to arrive from date of purchase and ship via FedEx or UPS. This is for doorstep delivery only. If you prefer white glove delivery, please contact us for a quote.
Nest Organic mattresses, if in stock, can take up to 7-10 days White glove delivery is also available for an additional charge.
If you need faster shipping please contact Customer Service for expedited shipping options and fees.
In the cities of Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, Albany and El Cerrito, bicycle delivery is available on all purchases, for an additional charge.

Returns:
Bedding, such as sheets, blankets, duvet covers, pillows and comforters: These items are personal items and have warranties. Once used they cannot be returned, but if you are having issues, call or email and let's discuss your situation. We are human beings too and want to have every opportunity to give you a 5 star shopping experience.
Nest Organics Mattresses: Nothing is more frustrating than making a big purchase then not having it solve your issues. We offer a 6 months exchange policy on all Nest Organics mattresses. During the first 6 months we can switch out a layer in your mattress to make it firmer or softer. Call or email for details. Bottom line? We will bend over backwards to do whatever it takes to make you happy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Nestbedding.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
