Warranty: Nest warranties that the following Nest-brand products will be free from defects in material and workmanship that may compromise sleep quality for the following periods from the date of delivery to the original consumer purchaser:
Mattresses -10 years for any Nest Bedding Organics Mattress
Sheets - 1 year
Pillows - Nest Bedding Pillows 5 years
Nest Bedding Organic mattresses have a 90 day comfort guarantee which allows the original purchaser to swap for a firmer or softer layer one time. This exchange does not include shipping which would be at the expense of the purchaser.
This warranty covers only the original consumer purchaser for as long as he/she owns the product.
Mattress Warranty Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid if used properly. Proper use means using the mattress on a firm, rigid and smooth surface that allows air ventilation and supports the entire mattress, INCLUDING THE CENTER, such as a slatted bed platform or box spring. Proper use also means that the product was not abused by the purchaser.
This warranty does not apply to a purchaser's personal comfort preferences, such as the firmness of the mattress, bed height, weight, etc., or to normal body impressions of 1.5" or less.
Mattress manufacturing defects include: (a) seams coming apart; (b) visible permanent compression of the mattress surface greater than 1.5"; and/or (c) coil failure (extends or depresses more than 1.5" of original height or protrudes out of the mattress core).
Mattress manufacturing defects DO NOT include: (a) faults in the cosmetic appearance, such as wrinkles on the fabric (b) cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time, including natural blemishes in the fabric; (c) mattresses that may have been soiled, dampened, burned, stained or otherwise abused; (d) mattress dimension (width, length and or height) discrepancies of up to +-1"; and/or (h) appearance of mold on and/or infestation with vermin (such as bed bugs) due to improper and unsanitary care of the mattress.
Returns of Nest Bedding Organic Mattresses: Nest Bedding Nest Bedding Organic mattresses are returnable only after 30 days of use and up to 60 days from delivery. Everyone needs time to adjust to a new mattress surface and we ask that you give it the full 30 days from day of delivery. Once your 30 day trial has expired, you have 30 days to initiate a return.
Returns will only be honored if a protector is purchased and used with the mattress. We cannot have our staff handling mattresses that have not had our approved protector due to hygiene safety concerns. Stains on the mattress will void the return privilege. We will not process a return if the protector is not purchased at the time of the mattress purchase. Customer agrees to pay $75 delivery fee to have the mattress picked up, we do not accept returned mattresses at our stores and require them to be retrieved by our delivery staff.
BedInABox, LLC guarantees that your mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, should it be determined to be defective because of faulty workmanship or manufacturer's defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding specific limitations outlined herein.
It is understood by the purchaser that this warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam which is normal and does not affect the pressure-relieving quality of the mattress. This warranty covers deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that may cause the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1 inch during the first five (5) years of the warranty or greater than 1.25" during years 6-20, not caused by a sag in the foundation, box springs, adjustable bed, or platform. If such defects occur during the first ten (10) years of this 20 Year limited warranty we will, at our option, repair or replace the mattress. We will replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you from years 11 to 20. During the first year of the prorated 10 Year period, (year 11) the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period.
BedInABox, LLC mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface, non-spring foundation or adjustable bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of purchaser's BedInABox, LLC mattress and user(s). This warranty and other performance warranties are based on tests conducted on "sets" that consist of our mattresses and foundations/adjustable bed bases. THEREFORE, IF PURCHASER USES UNQUALIFIED FOUNDATIONS, BOX SPRINGS, ADJUSTABLE BED BASES, OR BED FRAMES WITH THIS MATTRESS, SUCH USE WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BedInABox, LLC may require purchaser to provide proof of the quality of the foundation, adjustable bed base, platform bed, or bed frame used in conjunction with the mattress if purchaser makes a claim under this warranty. All foundations, adjustable beds, & platform beds sold on BedInABox.com will qualify as an acceptable base for your mattress. BedInABox, LLC reserves the right to invalidate this warranty if the mattress is found to be in an unsanitary condition or the foundation is found to be inadequate.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has created the Standard for the Flammability (Open Flame) of Mattress Sets in Federal Register 16 CFR Part 1633. The foundation or adjustable bed base used with purchaser's mattress, unless specified for use as the particular foundation or adjustable bed base for the mattress purchased, should not be construed as 16 CFR Part 1633 compliant.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the original mattress purchased from BedInABox, LLC. If the original purchaser sells the mattress, the subsequent purchaser takes the product "as is" and "with all faults." This warranty also does not apply to any mattress being used in a commercial setting such as hotels, motels, boarding homes, nursing homes and similar environments. Commercial settings fall under a separate warranty.

In the event a warranty claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, purchaser will be required to surrender the original product to BedInABox, LLC at the time of replacement. All transportation/handling costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser after year five (5) of warranty, in addition to any prorated charges.
Spaldin Sleep Systems Inc, warranties that your Gemma Mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option
should it be deemed defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in
This warranty does not cover variations in firmness that are less than or equal to plus or minus 15% of the
nominal firmness according to the norm as specified by ISO 3386.
This limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the Foam material which does not affect
the qualities of the mattress.
This warranty covers any deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 0.75 inches
that is not associated with a sag in the foundation or platform or adjustable base.
During the first ten (10) years of this warranty, Spaldin Sleep Systems will, at its option, repair or replace the
mattress at a handling cost to be paid by the purchaser.
During years 11 through 20 of this warranty Spaldin Sleep Systems will, at its option, repair the mattress at a
handling cost to purchaser, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to purchaser plus transportation costs.
If the mattress is replaced during the eleventh year of this warranty, the prorated replacement charge purchaser
pays will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price, and will increase after that by five (5) percent for
each subsequent year of the prorated period.
If applicable, the ticking cover for the mattress is warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase against faults
in material or workmanship. If Spaldin Sleep Systems replaces the cover for the mattress, it will be replaced
with the current style of cover available for the mattress, which may be a different color or material than the
If the mattress or cover is physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn, this warranty is void.
Create good ventilation and air your sleep system regularly. Efficient temperature (59º F to 68º F) and humidity
level (45% - 60%) regulation are the key points to achieve a good night´s rest and optimal conditions.
Since mold and mildew are caused by moisture, please avoid excessive condensation, low room temperatures
and poor mattress ventilation. Mold and mildew stains are not covered by this warranty card.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. An original purchaser is one who purchases
the product directly from an authorized retailer of Spaldin Sleep Systems, as indicated in the original sales invoice
and registration below. If purchaser is not the original purchaser of this product, he/she takes it “as is” and “with
all faults.” Proof of purchase will be required to demonstrate that purchaser is the original purchaser and eligible
to make a valid claim under this warranty being original invoice the only acceptable proof of purchase.
This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights, which may
vary from state to state.
As part of the performance of the mattress, certain body conformity adaptations will take place as the mattress
adapts to your particular body shape and any peculiarities in your spinal alignment.
A Spaldin Sleep Systems designated representative or agent shall make the final determination regarding repair
In our goal to minimize our carbon footprint, your new Gemma mattress has been compressed and shipped to
our dealer and on to your home. In order for your Gemma warranty to be valid please make sure your new
mattress has been uncompressed within 6 months of the manufacturing date shown on your warranty card.
