Warranty: Nest Bedding warranties that the following Nest Bedding-brand products will be free from defects in material and workmanship that may compromise sleep quality for the following periods from the date of delivery to the original consumer purchaser:

Nest Bedding Natural Latex mattresses have a 90 day comfort guarantee which allows the original purchaser to swap for a firmer or softer layer one time. This exchange does not include shipping which would be at the expense of the purchaser.
The Love Bed has a 100 night money back comfort guarantee, 365 days exchange.
Alexander Select beds have a 100 night money back comfort guarantee. Please see store for details. We are very open to working with you to find your level of comfort, and sometimes there are other factors involved. This is a comfort guarantee, not size guarantee.
This warranty covers only the original consumer purchaser for as long as he/she owns the product.
Mattress Warranty Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid if used properly. Proper use means using the mattress on a firm, rigid and smooth surface that allows air ventilation and supports the entire mattress, INCLUDING THE CENTER, such as a slatted bed platform or box spring. Proper use also means that the product was not abused by the purchaser.
This warranty does not apply to a purchaser's personal comfort preferences, such as the firmness of the mattress, bed height, weight, etc., or to normal body impressions of 1" or less.
Mattress manufacturing defects include: (a) seams coming apart; (b) visible permanent compression of the mattress surface greater than 1"; and/or (c) coil failure (extends or depresses more than 1" of original height or protrudes out of the mattress core).
Mattress manufacturing defects DO NOT include: (a) faults in the cosmetic appearance, such as wrinkles on the fabric (b) cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time, including natural blemishes in the fabric; (c) mattresses that may have been soiled, dampened, burned, stained or otherwise abused; (d) mattress dimension (width, length and or height) discrepancies of up to +-1"; and/or (h) appearance of mold on and/or infestation with vermin (such as bed bugs) due to improper and unsanitary care of the mattress. Also, we do not guarantee your new mattress will not have a scent. All natural and man-made materials can have a scent and often do. None of our materials have a toxic emission based on scientific, 3rd party verification. A natural occurring scent is not a warranty issue.
Comfort Returns of Nest Bedding Natural Mattresses: Nest Bedding mattresses are returnable only after 30 days of use and up to 90 days from delivery. Everyone needs time to adjust to a new mattress surface and we ask that you give it the full 30 days from day of delivery. Once your 30 day trial has expired, you have 60 days to initiate a return. One time exchange only.
Stains on the mattress will void the return privilege. Customer agrees to pay $75 delivery fee to have the mattress picked up, we do not accept returned mattresses at our stores and require them to be retrieved by our delivery staff. Out of delivery area customers are asked to donate the mattress and provide us with donation proof, no fee is charged. Returns are for comfort issues only. All materials have scents, even natural materials, and all our mattresses have been certified. All scents are natural occurring and will dissipate.
Bed In A Box Warranty
10-Year Full Replacement Warranty / 20-Year Limited Warranty
BedInABox, LLC guarantees that your mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, should it be determined to be defective because of faulty workmanship or manufacturer's defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding specific limitations outlined herein.
It is understood by the purchaser that this warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam which is normal and does not affect the pressure-relieving quality of the mattress. This warranty covers deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that may cause the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1 inch during the first five (5) years of the warranty or greater than 1.25" during years 6-20, not caused by a sag in the foundation, box springs, adjustable bed, or platform. If such defects occur during the first ten (10) years of this 20 Year limited warranty we will, at our option, repair or replace the mattress. We will replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you from years 11 to 20. During the first year of the prorated 10 Year period, (year 11) the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period.
BedInABox, LLC mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface, non-spring foundation or adjustable bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of purchaser's BedInABox, LLC mattress and user(s). This warranty and other performance warranties are based on tests conducted on "sets" that consist of our mattresses and foundations/adjustable bed bases. THEREFORE, IF PURCHASER USES UNQUALIFIED FOUNDATIONS, BOX SPRINGS, ADJUSTABLE BED BASES, OR BED FRAMES WITH THIS MATTRESS, SUCH USE WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BedInABox, LLC may require purchaser to provide proof of the quality of the foundation, adjustable bed base, platform bed, or bed frame used in conjunction with the mattress if purchaser makes a claim under this warranty. All foundations, adjustable beds, & platform beds sold on BedInABox.com will qualify as an acceptable base for your mattress. BedInABox, LLC reserves the right to invalidate this warranty if the mattress is found to be in an unsanitary condition or the foundation is found to be inadequate.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has created the Standard for the Flammability (Open Flame) of Mattress Sets in Federal Register 16 CFR Part 1633. The foundation or adjustable bed base used with purchaser's mattress, unless specified for use as the particular foundation or adjustable bed base for the mattress purchased, should not be construed as 16 CFR Part 1633 compliant.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the original mattress purchased from BedInABox, LLC. If the original purchaser sells the mattress, the subsequent purchaser takes the product "as is" and "with all faults." This warranty also does not apply to any mattress being used in a commercial setting such as hotels, motels, boarding homes, nursing homes and similar environments. Commercial settings fall under a separate warranty.
Additionally, this warranty does not cover:
- A normal increase in softness of the memory foam which is normal and does not affect the pressure-relieving quality of the mattress.
- Comfort preference
- Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage & stains, or abnormal soiling.
- Damage from using an improper bed frame, foundation, platform bed, or adjustable base. See above description and illustrations for a proper bed frame.
- Replacement of another piece in the BedInABox, LLC sleep system, unless other piece is also defective.
In the event a warranty claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, purchaser will be required to surrender the original product to BedInABox, LLC at the time of replacement. All transportation/handling costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser after year five (5) of warranty, in addition to any prorated charges.
Moe's Furniture 1 year limited Warranty
MOE’S Home Collection offers a limited one year warranty to the original purchaser, against manufacturer defects towards labour, materials or replacement, not including delivery. AS IS merchandise excluded. No part of this warranty will apply to any product which has been subject to misuse, alteration, improper care, normal deterioration due to wear, tear and exposure, corrosion or damage by any causes by rain, fire or other causes of acts of nature. Product under this warranty is limited to, at manufactures option, repairing or replacing the product which is returned to it’s place of business.
Many products sold at MOE’S Home Collection do offer an extended warranty from the manufacturer; in this case, repair or replacement will be assessed, and if the item is no longer available store credit will be applied for the amount paid at time of purchase. In the event you receive an item you feel is defective, please send us photographs clearly showing the defect along with a written description so that we can assist you with submitting the claim to the manufacturer. MOE’S Home Collection will repair or replace the item if the situation warrants excluding any transportation costs.
