By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 30 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. Disclosure to Third Parties

Shopify Inc.: Shopify provides us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you over our Site. Some of your personal identification information is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. We understand that Shopify stores your personal identification information on a secure server behind a firewall. Your personal identification information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). 4. NUMBER OF ENTRIES: Limit one online entry per person, per Entry Period, during the Sweepstakes Period. If entrant attempts multiple entries in one Entry Period (with or without different Instagram accounts), Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries associated with the entrant Instagram account(s) and/or email address(es) involved. Sponsor and administrator assume no responsibility for incomplete, late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. IDENTITY OF ENTRANT: In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, an online or text message entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such social media account, email address or wireless phone number submitted at the time of entry, and the potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes their e-mail, wireless phone number, or postal address during the Sweepstakes Period. DISPUTES/GENERAL CONDITIONS: Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington or the appropriate state court located in King County, Washington. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington without reference to its conflict of law doctrines. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. picture, likeness, and/or prize information, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising, and promotional
purposes as may be determined by Sponsor (including, without limitation, in a public-facing winner list).
13. DISPUTES/GENERAL CONDITIONS: Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes
of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any
form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington or the appropriate
state court located in King County, Washington. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington without
reference to its conflict of law doctrines. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent
permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules

Sponsor shall have full right and power to copy, publish, broadcast, display, distribute, use, edit, translate, alter, combine
with other material, reuse and adapt any or all portions of the Entry in any way and for any purpose whatsoever, at any time, now or
in the future, in any media now known or hereafter devised throughout the World in any manner whatsoever and for any purpose.
Entry cannot (a) be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional
or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity; (b) promote lotteries or gambling, the
excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol, or promote illegal use of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of
any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous or any particular political agenda or message; (c) be
obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (d) contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others, or
