Increased manufacturing times
Throughout this pandemic, our expert customer service team is fully staffed, to continue to provide the most exceptional customer experience possible. While our customer service and sales team members work from home, our factory teams have gone to great lengths to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers. We have implemented physical distancing measures in our facilities, which leads to increased manufacturing times. At this time, we are producing most mattresses in 3-6 business days. We will continue to do everything we can to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.
Increased shipping times
The COVID-19 pandemic drastically changed our society. Common carriers, like UPS and FedEx, are seeing holiday season like volume. As a result, delays in the availability of tracking information and in standard shipping timeframes are greatly increased. At this time, most orders, once received by UPS or FedEx, ship in 3-8 business days. These factors are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding of the situation. Know that we are in constant communication with our regional carrier representatives, and this situation is temporary.

- Chico, CA - Open Wed-Sun 10AM-6PM. Mon-Tue Closed.
- Albany, CA - Open Wed-Sun 10AM-6PM. Mon-Tue Closed.
- Santa Monica, CA - Open 7 Days a week 11AM-7PM.
Costa Mesa, CA - Will remain closed. - Studio City, CA - Will remain closed.
Palo Alto, CA - Will remain closed. - San Francisco, CA - Will remain closed.
- Seattle, WA - Will remain closed.
New York City, NY - Will remain closed.
In-home delivery is significantly limited, but we are still performing in-home delivery in the following locations:
- Los Angeles, CA - and the greater Los Angeles Area
San Francisco, CA - and the greater San Francisco Bay Area - Nest bedding follows all Federal, State, and local guidelines for COVID 19 protocols.
