ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to all residents of all states of the United States other than Alaska and Hawaii who are 21 years of age or older at the time of the entry. Employees of Nest Bedding, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promoXon agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Nest Bedding as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entries will be accepted online starting on November 1, 2020 and ending November 15, 2020. All online entries must be received by November 15, 2020.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes period, an entrant can nominate a frontline worker by commenting and sharing Nest Bedding’s post on Instagram. On the comments, entrants must tag the nominated individual, and state what they do as a front-line worker. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements as specified to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Nest Bedding.

PRIZES: The winners of the Sweepstakes will receive one of the following free mattresses in a size and firmness of their choice: The Alexander Signature Hybrid, the Natural

Hybrid Latex, or the Love & Sleep. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Nest Bedding’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize- related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxed, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution of prize or transfer or prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winners is permitted. Free standard shipping only. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Nest Bedding to use the winner’s names, likenesses, and entries for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Nest Bedding. Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within five (5) days following selection of the winners. A Nest Bedding representative will request an email address and then a draw order will be sent promptly for the winners to fill out. Nest Bedding will have no liability for the winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings. If the winners cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Receipt by the winners of the prize offered in this sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
