The Sparrow Signature Hybrid is lovingly made to order, so your bed won’t be ready to ship immediately. Processing your order will take 24-48 hours. It will take 3-6 business days to produce your mattress; once it has finished, it will be boxed up and shipped to your doorstep.
Shipping is free to all our Nest Bedding customers in the continental United States. Once shipped, you should receive your mattress at your doorstep in 3-8 business days.

Bed Frames & Foundation Compatibility
The Sparrow mattress works best with the HomeBase foundation by Nest Bedding, starting at $379. The HomeBase is an affordable, all-wood, easily assembled foundation with no tools required.
Also compatible with: Adjustable Base, Slatted Base, and Metal Folding Frame.
*Using a foundation with flexible slats is not recommended, as it can cause additional sinkage and improper support.
Does the Sparrow mattress sleep hot?
Construction plays a crucial role in how a mattress dissipates heat, as all mattresses will absorb energy from your body while you sleep. We considered this when designing the Sparrow, which allows heated air to dissipate through the sides and bottom of the mattress. The right amount of foam within the quilted pillowtop also helps to release built-up heat from your body. Together with a proper foundation and naturally cooling sheets, these features will guarantee an excellent night's sleep.
When you updated the name, did anything else change?
Along with a refreshed look and updated name, from Alexander Signature Hybrid to the Sparrow Signature Hybrid, we lowered the height of this mattress by 2 inches. Both utilize our 6" Reinforced Edge Support Coils, individually wrapped and made in the USA in our Nest Bedding factory.
Is this mattress good for sex?
When shopping for a mattress, you may think about this question, which is perfectly normal. The Sparrow mattress is ideal for couples for more reasons than different firmness options. Increased edge support coils, handles for adjusting, and responsive foams provide a supportive surface for sex and sleep.
How does it ship, and how long does it take to expand?
The Sparrow, once constructed, is compressed, folded, and rolled into a large cardboard box. Queen, King, and California King orders are double-boxed to ensure your mattress arrives undamaged. Once received, your Sparrow mattress will reach its intended height within 12 to 24 hours.
How do I perform an exchange?
Nest Bedding is the only mattress company that allows a no-return exchange. The Sparrow can be unzipped to reveal a swappable firmness layer. If you’d like to initiate an exchange, don't hesitate to contact our team at customerservice@nestbedding.com to begin the exchange process. If you’ve purchased a King or California King size mattress, you’ve got even more options, as you may only want to exchange one side’s foam layer.
