Increased manufacturing times
Throughout this pandemic, our expert customer service team is fully staffed, to continue to provide the most exceptional customer experience possible. While our customer service and sales team members work from home, our factory teams have gone to great lengths to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers. We have implemented physical distancing measures in our facilities, which leads to increased manufacturing times. At this time, we are producing most mattresses in our Phoenix, AZ facility, in 5-8 business days. We will continue to do everything we can to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.

 

Increased shipping times
The COVID-19 pandemic drastically changed our society. Common carriers, like UPS and FedEx, are seeing holiday season like volume. As a result, delays in the availability of tracking information and in standard shipping timeframes are greatly increased. At this time, most orders, once received by UPS or FedEx, ship in 3-8 business days. These factors are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding of the situation. Know that we are in constant communication with our regional carrier representatives, and this situation is temporary.

 

Our showrooms and offices
During this crisis, it is our utmost priority to ensure the safety and protect the health of our team members. Nest Bedding offices have been closed, and all team members able to have been working from their home, have been doing so since late March 2020. This effort by our dedicated team has helped to flatten the curve in the communities that we live and work.

In-home delivery is significantly limited, but we are still performing in-home delivery in the following locations.
