Most other silk comforters sold online have a minimal amount of filling, but not ours. Our Mulberry silk comforter fill amount is 200gsm/ 2.0 Kg. We found after extensive research and testing, that 200gsm is the perfect fill amount to make this comforter best for all seasons. Experience the feeling of weightlessness with a Silk Cloud Comforter by Nest Bedding.

The Highest Quality Mulberry Silk
Now that you know that silk is the best option, ask yourself, am I investing in the right product? We love our bedding and we want you to love yours too, that is why we source the best quality of silk in the industry. Your new Nest Bedding silk product uses 100% Mulberry, grade 6A, 19 momme silk. With such high-quality silk, we are able to achieve a quality, durable product that is odorless and hypoallergenic.
Hand-Stretched Silk Cocoons
Did you know that hundreds of bundles of silk cocoons are in your silk comforter?
Each cocoon has been stretched by hand on a wooden rack. This sheet is then hand-stretched again on a larger frame, along with several other cocoons, to make a thick, cottony silk floss bundle. It takes hundreds of these bundles to make a silk comforter. We then encase these silk floss tufts with breathable organic cotton for optimal airflow and cooling.
Silk Cloud Comforter | 100% Mulberry Silk Fill
We wanted to bring you the best sleep experience possible, so we tested many different fill weights of the 100% Mulberry Silk for an entire year. We found that 200gsm performed the best during more extreme weather, as well as slept wonderfully during moderate times of the year.
Many material options were available to us in engineering this comforter. We settled on organic cotton because it allowed the most breathability, and works with the silk to give you the most aerated sleeping experience.
The Silk Cloud Comforter is designed with loops on all four corners for easy attachment of a duvet cover. That being said, for the most breathable and lightweight sleep experience, you may opt to sleep without a duvet cover during the summer months, and with a duvet during the winter months, for extra insulation and comfort.

Our Nesters got their hands on this first.
Surprised by how breathable!
"I was surprised how air passed through it so easily, as most comforters I've ever had (synthetic or wool) ballooned when you toss them out of the bed."
