The "Hot Sleeper" Collection

Being a hot sleeper is very common. We are generate heat at night while we sleep, some more than others. But what most people don't know is that you can make your bed a lot more comfortable with just a few simple changes to your bedding.

Our owner and founder, Joe, has put together a collection of products to ensure your sleeping environment provides the most comfortable and breathable materials available, to help you get the sleep you need.

Wool is the most effective material for temperature regulation, doing for you what it does for the sheep: keeps you warm in winter, cool in summer. Joe recommends a wool-filled protector in the MyProtector to allow airflow underneath you and wool is the perfect material for drawing sweat away from your body.

Next, Joe recommends the Tencel Sheets from Malouf. These silky, sateen sheets are made with pure Tencel fabric and are cool to the touch and keep you feeling cool through the night.

Lastly, so many people are using a down comforter and having heat issues. Down makes a great ski jacket but a very poor comforter, as it does not breath or absorb moisture. Switching to a wool filled comforter will make a world of difference.

Here is to a great night's sleep!
