"You did your homework, you did a lot of research. You came to the conclusion that Nest Bedding has the best beds. But the one you picked didn't solve your problem. Unlike many of my competitors online, we don't make one bed and tell you it's perfect. Instead, we have a good, better, best lineup, and the bed you chose has a firm and or soft and medium option. Just because you chose the wrong bed, don't choose the wrong company. It may be that you just need a softer or firmer version of the bed you purchased, or we do have some generous upgrade offers. We strive to provide the most comfortable, durable and affordable sleep products in the market today. Our commitment to you and the environment are the hallmarks of how we do business. Our goal is to make you happy to the best of our ability. We have the following policies in place to ensure a great customer experience. Please keep in mind that pillows and what you have the mattress on can make a big difference.
Returns on Bedding:
Bedding, such as sheets, blankets, duvet covers, pillows-
30 days on all Bedding Items, Satisfaction Guaranteed. Don't like it, email us and we will provide you with return authorization.
Returns on Nest Bedding Mattresses:
Mattresses must be tried continuously for a minimum of 30 days before initiating an exchange or return request as it can take up to 30 days of use to adjust to a new mattress. After that initial 30 days trial, you have an additional 70 day, for a total of 100 days, to request an exchange, upgrade to a different model or request a refund.
Any bed returned before the 30 days trial may incur a 25% restocking fee.
All requests must be made via email to email@example.com.
Mattress must be free of damage or stains in order to be approved for return.
Please provide photos of your mattress and the tags and the base you have your bed on with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The mattress must be used on a non-flexible base, slats or box spring that does not give and fits the mattress. An incorrect base can void your comfort guarantee!
After you have tried the bed for 30 days and during the 100 days trial period, you can exchange for a different feel or mattress in our line up, or initiate a refund after donating the mattress to a local charity. We can work with you to find one.
There is no fee to return.
Refund will be issued upon receipt of donation or pickup and returned to the original payment method used. While refunds are issued the same business day, it can take up to a week for credit card processors to post your refund.
Stains on the mattress will void the return privilege.
We do not accept returned mattresses at our stores and require them to be retrieved by our delivery staff. This is a health issue.
Out of delivery area customers are asked to donate the mattress and provide us with donation proof, no fee is charged. If there are no donation options available in your area, we can make arrangements for the mattress to be picked up, where applicable.
Returns are for comfort issues only.
All materials have scents, even natural materials, and all our mattresses have been certified. All scents are natural occurring and will dissipate. Our mattresses are made with certified materials and cannot be returned for allergy claims.
All Mattresses must be opened within 30 days of delivery or return privilege is void.
Please contact us at email@example.com for return authorization. There is no expense involved on mattress returns.
Upgrading to a different size is not covered under our comfort guarantee.
International sales do not qualify for our exchange program.
Returns on Furniture, Adjustable Bases, Foundations, Frames:
No return on adjustable beds, foundations, furniture or frames.
