Returns & Warranty for pillows

Nest Bedding Pillows carry a 30-night return period and a 2-year warranty.

Need help customizing your comfort?
Since Nest Bedding pillows come with a 30-night trial, you’ve got time to make it just right. Have you tried adjusting the fill to better suit your sleep style? Simply unzip the outer cover and inner pouch to remove some fill for a softer, lower loft, or message us to request extra fill if you need more support.

Returns: Pillows may be returned within 30 nights of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original Nest Bedding packaging and in new condition. The first exchange of any eligible pillow is complimentary. If you choose to return your pillow for a refund rather than an exchange, a flat-rate $10 return shipping fee will apply. This fee will be waived if the item arrives damaged or defective. Any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will not be included in the final refund amount.

*Please note: Easy Breather Mini Pillows are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Warranty: All Nest Bedding pillows are protected under a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, changes in feel or comfort preference, damage caused by misuse, or improper care.
