Delivery Services
Shipping is FREE on orders over $130 to all Nest Bedding customers in the continental United States. Additional shipping rates apply to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Mattresses are made to order in the USA and shipped to your door compressed in a box.
Shipping & Handling
Nest Bedding delivers to all 50 states and internationally to Canada. Most orders ship directly from our manufacturers and may arrive in multiple boxes. Special orders can take 2-4 weeks. We'll email you a tracking number after your order ships.
Nest Bedding Mattresses generally take 3-6 business days to be handmade in our California-based factories after ordering and are delivered via ground shipping. These times may vary due to high demand.
*Order changes requested after items have shipped may result in additional shipping charges.
International Orders
International shipping is currently available to Canada, and we are working to add more countries within our shipping capabilities. Additional shipping rates apply to international orders and will include customs duties, import taxes, and fees.
WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I SHIP TO? Which countries can I ship to?
We ship to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee. All products except mattresses, toppers, and furniture can ship to Canada for an additional fee.
Can I ship to a military address?
Yes. Select smaller goods may be available for shipment to APO/FPO addresses. Please contact our customer service by emailing customerservice@nestbedding.com for details and quotes.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to ship mattresses or furniture to APO/FPO addresses at this time due to their size.
Can I purchase white glove delivery with my order?
Yes. We can help coordinate your needs with our local delivery service in the greater Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay Areas, or with a contracted delivery service in your area across the United States. Please contact our customer service before placing your order by emailing customerservice@nestbedding.com for details and quotes.
Will my pillows, sheets, comforter, and other bedding accessories ship with my mattress?
Your new luxury bedding will not arrive in the same box as your mattress but will typically arrive within a day or two of your mattress. We manufacture our mattress products in specialized facilities throughout the U.S. and ship items individually so your products arrive as quickly as possible.
Will my pillow, sheets, comforter, and other bedding accessories ship for free?
Orders under $130 ship for a flat $10 fee within the continental United States. This helps cover part of fulfillment and carrier costs while keeping shipping simple and predictable. Once your cart subtotal reaches $130, shipping is automatically upgraded to free on your entire order within the continental United States.
*Additional shipping rates apply to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Third-party goods fulfilled through brand collaborations are subject to shipping policies and rates unique to their supplier.
