Mattress exchanges

How do I initiate a comfort exchange?
Nest Bedding mattresses are eligible for one mattress exchange after the required 30-day adjustment period and within 365 days of the original delivery date. Once approved, complete the exchange process within 30 days or a new request may be required.
A properly supportive foundation is required. Flexible foundations, bowed slats, and traditional box springs may void return, exchange, and warranty eligibility.
Do I need to purchase the exchange mattress?
If switching to an entirely new mattress model, you may purchase the exchange mattress with free shipping to the contiguous United States. Customer Service or a Nest Bedding showroom can help with the process.
What happens to my original mattress and 365-night trial?
After the exchange mattress arrives, you may begin the return process for the original eligible mattress. The 365-night trial does not restart or shorten after an exchange; it expires 365 days from the delivery date of the original mattress.
How does the Lifetime Renewal Exchange work?
Qualifying Sparrow, Owl, Starling, and Finch mattresses include one free Lifetime Renewal Exchange for a comfort layer. If a full mattress exchange is completed, the one-time LRE is considered fulfilled and cannot be used again.

How do I exchange a Nest Bedding pillow?
Most Nest Bedding pillows are adjustable. Try adding or removing fill first. If another pillow would better fit your sleep style, one pillow exchange per order may be requested within 30 nights of receipt.
The pillow must be new, sanitary, resaleable, free from stains, odors, laundering, damage, or contamination, and in original Nest Bedding packaging.

How do I exchange Nest Bedding bedding?
Eligible Nest Bedding-branded bedding may be exchanged within 30 nights of delivery. The first eligible exchange is complimentary when the item is returned in original packaging, new, sanitary, resaleable, and free from stains, odors, damage, laundering, or excessive wear.
Clearance, closeout, and final sale bedding items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How do partner-brand bedding exchanges work?
Partner-brand bedding exchanges are typically handled by Nest Bedding Customer Service on your behalf, but policies and fees are set by the partner brand and may differ from Nest Bedding’s standard terms.
Furniture, foundation, and adjustable base exchanges
These products are handled differently from comfort-trial products.
Is furniture exchangeable?
No. Furniture, foundations, and adjustable bases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return once delivered or received. These products are not considered comfort-based items and do not include a trial period.

How do I return a Nest Bedding mattress?
Mattress returns for comfort are available after the required 30-night adjustment period and within the 365-night trial. The mattress must be in acceptable condition and must have been used on a properly supportive foundation.
Before requesting a return, consider whether a comfort exchange or Lifetime Renewal Exchange may solve the issue without replacing the full mattress.
How long do I have to complete an approved return?
Once approved, complete the return within the timeframe provided by Customer Service. If the process is not completed promptly, a new request may need to be submitted and reviewed again.

Prepare your order number, product name, delivery date, clear photos of the issue, photos of the foundation or support setup, and a description of what happened. Proof of purchase and supporting photographs may be required.
What does the mattress warranty cover?
The mattress warranty is intended for qualifying manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use and proper support. Comfort preference and normal wear are not the same as a manufacturing defect.
What can void eligibility?

Third-party partner products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which may differ from Nest Bedding’s warranty terms. Nest Bedding may assist with the claim or refer you to the manufacturer depending on the product.

What is the furniture warranty?
Nest Bedding-branded furniture and certain foundations or adjustable bases may be covered by limited warranties. Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer, and may include 5-year, 3-year, 10-year, 20-year, one-year, or limited lifetime coverage depending on the item.
How are transit-damage claims handled?
Inspect furniture, foundations, and adjustable bases promptly after delivery. Visible damage, missing components, or delivery-related issues must be reported within five business days of delivery or discovery during reasonable unpacking and inspection, whichever occurs first. Photos of the product, packaging, and delivery condition may be required.
