You've just received your new luxury mattress and bedding and everything is great. It's time to sleep and dream away. Sleep easy with our risk-free 365-night sleep trial on all adult Nest Bedding mattresses.
Your 365 nights begin from the date of delivery. Most people find that it can take a few weeks to adjust to any new mattress so we kindly ask that you give the bed a full 30-night trial before contacting us about exchanging or returning. Want to call us anyway? We are sleep experts and can help. Maybe you got a new bed but didn't replace your old pillow, or maybe your base is causing issues. Or maybe the bed you received is just a lot firmer or softer than you had expected. Let's talk, we are here to help.
*Nest Bedding luxury mattresses purchased before October 21st, 2021 are eligible for returns for comfort reasons within 100 nights of the delivery date of that particular mattress.
**The Puffin mattress, formerly known as the BKB, and the Lark mattress are excluded from the 365-night sleep trial. These kids mattresses must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
30 nights have gone by; what if I'm still experiencing discomfort?
If after the 30-night adjustment period you feel the mattress you've purchased is the incorrect firmness, please contact our team to talk about solutions.
How does the 30-night adjustment period work?
If after you have tried the bed for 30 days, and during the 365-night trial period, you can exchange for a different comfort layer or mattress in our line up. If an exchange isn't right for you, we understand and we will work with you to return your mattress purchase.
