You've just received your new luxury mattress and bedding and everything is great. It's time to sleep and dream away. You've got 100 nights to try all your mattress and bedding.
 
Your 100 nights begin from the date of delivery. Most people find that it can take a few weeks to adjust to any new mattress so we kindly ask that you give the bed a full 30 nights trial before contacting us about exchanging or returning. Want to call us anyway? We are sleep experts and can help. Maybe you got a new bed but didn't replace your old pillow, or maybe your base is causing issues. Or maybe the bed you received is just a lot firmer or softer than you had expected. Let's talk, we are here to help.
 
30 nights have gone by; what if I'm still experiencing discomfort?
If after the 30-night adjustment period you feel your mattress is not working for your needs, it is time to speak with our team about trying one of our many discounted and no-cost comfort solutions. Including one of our cooling toppers, exchanging to a different firmness or mattress in our lineup, or sadly returning the mattress for 100% refund. P lease contact us; we want you to love your Nest Bedding products, but understand if you are having second thoughts. We try to make returns as easy as possible.
 
How does the 30 night adjustment period work?
If after you have tried the bed for 30 days, and during the 100 days trial period, you can exchange for a different feel or mattress in our line up. Or, you can initiate a refund after donating the mattress to a local charity. We can work with you to find one. Nest Bedding is passionate about helping those in need whenever possible. If there are no donation centers in your area, we can have the mattress picked up at our expense.
