Air out your mat regularly by hanging it outside.

Machine or hand-wash in cold water on a gentle cycle using a small amount of plant-based detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry in the shade. Do not dry clean.

Washing or tumble drying helps rejuvenate the mat’s natural cushioning, while a gentle spin cycle can shorten drying time. For a light, refreshing scent, add a drop of your favorite essential oil during washing or drying.

For better grip, lightly mist your mat with water before use. The surface naturally gains traction as it becomes slightly damp, helping you stay steady in every pose.
