Returns
We want you to love your weighted blanket, and we encourage giving yourself a few nights to adjust to the calming feel. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 nights of delivery.
To make a return, please email us at customerservice@nestbedding.com, and our team will coordinate your request directly with Baloo on your behalf. Please note that a return shipping fee of $18 per blanket will be deducted from your refund.
Any shipping charges from the original order are nonrefundable.
Warranty
Items received with damage in transit or with a manufacturer’s defect will be replaced or refunded in line with Baloo’s Quality Guarantee.
Baloo guarantees the quality of each product, whether purchased directly or through an authorized retailer. If you experience an issue with materials or workmanship at any time during the product’s life, please contact us for assistance.
For faster support, please provide photos along with your original order details. Baloo’s Quality Guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors beyond product quality, such as spills, stains, cuts, pet claws, improper care, or other external damage that is not related to the product quality itself.
