If Nest Bedding confirms a covered defect, the standard outlet remedy is Nest Bedding store credit equal to the original item purchase price actually paid, excluding shipping charges. If store credit cannot reasonably be issued or used, Nest Bedding may arrange another form of refund or payment. Any required tax adjustment will be handled as required by law.
