This page outlines the return and warranty policies applicable to Nest Bedding–branded bedding products, including sheets, duvet covers, blankets, comforters, and mattress protectors. These policies are governed by and subject to the Nest Bedding Terms of Service.
Eligible Bedding Products
This policy applies to the following Nest Bedding–branded items:
- Sheet sets and pillowcases
- Duvet covers
- Blankets
- Comforters
- Mattress protectors
Returns Policy (30 Nights)
Eligible bedding products may be returned within thirty (30) nights of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return consideration, bedding items must:
- Be returned in original Nest Bedding packaging
- Be in new, sanitary, and resaleable condition
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or excessive wear
Items that do not meet these condition requirements are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
One (1) exchange per order is provided at no cost for eligible bedding items. Nest Bedding Customer Service will assist in selecting a replacement item where applicable.
Refund Returns
If you choose to return a bedding item for a refund rather than an exchange:
- A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund
- Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable
The return shipping fee will be waived if the item is determined by Nest Bedding to have arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued in accordance with the Refunds section of the Nest Bedding Terms of Service.
Final Sale Items
All clearance, closeout, and final sale bedding items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Limited Warranty (1 Year)
Nest Bedding–branded sheets, duvet covers, blankets, comforters, and mattress protectors are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
What the Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use and proper care, including:
- Abnormal fabric tearing or fraying under normal use
- Stitching or seam defects
- Failure of elastic components or closures under normal use
- Material defects that impair intended performance
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Changes in feel, softness, or comfort preference
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care
- Stains, discoloration, odors, or contamination
- Pilling or cosmetic changes resulting from normal use
Staining or discoloration alone does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a bedding warranty claim, please contact Nest Bedding Customer Service and provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number or purchaser name)
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs documenting the reported defect
Warranty claims are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Additional information may be requested to complete the evaluation.
Third-Party Brand Bedding Products
Nest Bedding may offer select bedding products manufactured and fulfilled by third-party partner brands. These products are shipped directly from the partner brand.
While Nest Bedding Customer Service will assist with return or warranty requests, third-party products:
- May carry different return windows or fees
- May be subject to the manufacturer’s own warranty terms
- Are governed by the policies disclosed on the specific product page at the time of purchase
Nest Bedding does not modify or extend third-party manufacturer warranties and is not responsible for warranty determinations made by the manufacturer.
