Trevor Davis
Chief People Officer
I write about employee wellness, workplace performance, leadership, family routines, and practical environmental factors that can support better rest.
Why my perspective matters
I oversee human resources, internal communication, training, and workplace culture at Nest Bedding. I joined the company in 2019 after more than two decades of people-management experience across private business and nonprofit leadership.
My earlier work includes building and leading a homebuilding business, serving in youth-development leadership, speaking and training across the United States, and supporting organizations as a board member. Those roles give me practical experience with team development, family needs, organizational change, and the relationship between rest and how people function during the day.
My articles focus on workplace and family settings where my professional and personal experience is relevant. Health and developmental topics use qualified sources and are presented as general education, not individualized medical advice.
Firsthand work
These are the areas where my experience most directly informs our culture, guidance, and published content.
People and organizational leadership
I bring more than two decades of experience developing teams, supporting employees, navigating change, and building healthier organizational practices.
Training and communication
I create practical guidance for teams and families by translating complex subjects into clear actions, limits, and questions worth asking.
Workplace and family wellness
I explore how sleep environment, routines, fatigue, and individual needs can affect safety, performance, parenting, and everyday well-being.
