Our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified and made in the USA using domestic and imported materials. All foams and latex are allowed time to air out in our factory, drastically decreasing residual off-gassing.

The Puffin Memory Foam Kids Bed is lovingly made to order, so your bed won’t be ready to ship immediately. Processing your order will take 24-48 hours. It will take 3-6 business days to produce your mattress. Once your mattress has finished production, it will be boxed up and shipped out to your doorstep.
Shipping is free to all our Nest Bedding customers in the continental United States. Once shipped, you should receive your mattress at your doorstep in 3-8 business days.

The Puffin mattress utilizes a new, responsive, breathable foam called Energex™ — a high-performance, durable, breathable hybrid foam made without latex.
Energex™ Temperature Responsive Foam is infused with an assortment of minerals and materials, which, when blended, helps pull heat away from the body naturally.

The Puffin mattress is here to help you protect your growing little ones while they sleep. Our CertiPUR-US® certified foams are wrapped in a breathable soft quilted foam cover with Thermic Phase Change Cooling Fabrics, keeping them comfortable and cool throughout the night.
We keep the harsh chemicals out by using a natural fire barrier and airing all our foams in the factory to decrease residual off-gassing before shipping the mattress to your home.

Puffin Kids Bed
The Puffin Kids Bed works best with the HomeBase foundation by Nest Bedding, starting at $449. The HomeBase is an affordable, all-wood, easily assembled foundation with no tools required.
Also compatible with the Woodland Platform and Metal Folding Frame.
Bunkbeds: This mattress was designed with bunkbed sizing in mind. The 7" height will give your child more headroom on the bottom bunk and more access to any safety railing on the top bunk.
*Using non-approved foundations, such as bowed slats or box springs, will void return and warranty privileges, as it can cause additional sinkage and improper support. Read more on mattress returns in our terms of service.
This mattress was designed with children in mind. We recommend not exceeding 110 lbs.
We offer A 30-night sleep trial for the Puffin Kids Bed so you can be sure your child's mattress is a perfect fit without worry.
The Puffin, once constructed, is compressed, folded and rolled, into a large cardboard box. Once received, your Puffin mattress will reach its intended height within 12 to 24 hours.
