Do You Need A New Mattress? A Checklist.

Having stayed at a friend's house recently and waking up with a very sore back on their guest bed, I think it is quite obvious that their guest room mattress is not the best mattress for me. Why is it bad to continue to sleep on a mattress that is breaking down? When your mattress starts to develop a significant and noticeable body impression, it forces your back out of proper alignment, leading to back pain and interrupted sleep.
