Nest Bedding does not believe that there is a one-size-fits-all mattress and we work hard to create a variety of products to meet your sleep needs. Our team wants to know about your experience with your Nest Bedding sleep system so that we can use that feedback to continually improve our product, and, if you are willing, to use our years of experience with our mattresses to recommend something that we feel might be a better fit based on your feedback.
If your interest is only in a return, we understand that too. As much as we hate to lose members from the Nest Bedding family, we also know that sometimes, things don't work out as we hoped. Our team will ask you for some basic pictures to confirm that everything is in order with the mattress delivered to you, and that it was used on a rigid non-flexing foundation/frame. Mattress must be free of damage and stains. Once the pictures have been received by the Nest Bedding team, the pictures will be reviewed and the return approved, often within one business day.
Nest Bedding gladly offers free pick-up of your mattress as part of your return, but most of the time we will need to contract a third-party service in your local area and typically that service is disposal only. Often our customers feel the same way we do about the mattress being transferred to a local landfill and we partner in finding a local not-for-profit to identify a need in the community. We recognize the inconvenience that comes with a local donation and we thank you in advance for your consideration as we work to responsibly limit waste and provide something of use for someone in need. We are proud to say that over 90% of our mattress returns are being used in their local communities rather than being recycled down into scrap or simply disposed of.
Once the mattress is picked up or a donation receipt is received your refund is typically processed in less than one business day and will return to your account in 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.
