Nest Bedding doesn't believe there is a one-size-fits-all mattress, and we work hard to create a variety of products to meet your sleep needs. Our team wants to know about your experience with your Nest Bedding sleep system so we can use that feedback to continually improve our product and, if you are willing, use our years of mattress experience to recommend something that might be a better fit based on your feedback.
If you're only interested in a return, we understand that too. As much as we hate to lose members from the Nest Bedding family, we also know things don't always work out as we hoped. Our team will ask you for a few basic photos to confirm the mattress was delivered and used on a rigid, non-flexing foundation/frame.
Nest Bedding requires that you use a properly supportive foundation for your new Nest Bedding mattress. Using flexible foundations, bowed slat foundations, or traditional box foundations will void all return, exchange, and warranty privileges.
Mattress must be free of damage and stains. Once the Nest Bedding team receives the pictures, they will review them and approve the return, often within one business day. Once your return is approved, you have 30 days to complete the process. After 30 days, you forfeit return privileges.
Nest Bedding gladly offers free pickup of your mattress as part of your return, but most of the time we need to contract a third-party service in your area, and that service is typically disposal only. Often, our customers feel the same way we do about the mattress being transferred to a local landfill, and we partner with a local not-for-profit to identify a need in the community. We recognize the inconvenience of a local donation, and we thank you in advance for your consideration as we work to responsibly limit waste and provide something useful for someone in need. We are proud to say that over 90% of our mattress returns are used in their local communities rather than recycled into scrap or simply disposed of.
Once we pick up the mattress or receive a donation receipt, we typically process your refund in less than one business day, and it will return to your account in 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.
