This page outlines the return and warranty policies applicable to Nest Bedding–branded pillows. These policies are governed by and subject to the Nest Bedding Terms of Service.
Comfort Adjustment & Trial Period
Nest Bedding pillows include a thirty (30) night comfort trial to allow you time to customize your pillow for proper support and comfort.
Many Nest Bedding pillows feature adjustable fill. Before initiating a return, we encourage customers to explore comfort adjustments by:
- Removing fill for a softer feel or lower loft
- Requesting additional fill from Customer Service for added support
Our team is happy to assist with adjustment guidance prior to approving an exchange or return.
Returns Policy (30 Nights)
Nest Bedding pillows may be returned within thirty (30) nights of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return consideration, pillows must:
- Be returned in original Nest Bedding packaging
- Be in new, sanitary, and resaleable condition
- Be free from stains, odors, laundering, damage, or contamination
Pillows that do not meet these condition requirements are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
One (1) pillow exchange per order is provided at no cost. Exchanges are encouraged when comfort adjustments alone do not resolve fit or support concerns.
Refund Returns
If you elect to return a pillow for a refund rather than an exchange:
- A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund
- Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable
The return shipping fee is waived if the pillow is determined by Nest Bedding to have arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued in accordance with the Refunds section of the Nest Bedding Terms of Service.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Easy Breather Mini Pillows
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale pillows
Limited Warranty (2 Years)
All Nest Bedding–branded pillows are covered by a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
What the Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use, including:
- Defects in zipper or zipper enclosures
- Defects in fill materials that impair intended performance
- Stitching or seam defects not caused by misuse or improper care
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Changes in comfort preference, firmness, or loft
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or care
- Stains, odors, discoloration, or contamination
Staining or discoloration alone does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a pillow warranty claim, please contact Nest Bedding Customer Service and provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number or purchaser name)
- A description of the issue being experienced
- Clear photographs documenting the reported defect
Warranty claims are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Additional documentation or information may be requested to complete the evaluation.
