Returns
We want you to love your Lunya bedding and sleepwear. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of fulfillment.
All returns are initiated directly with Lunya. To begin, please visit Lunya’s Return Portal and enter your Lunya order number (provided in your Lunya order confirmation email) along with your shipping zip code. This will pull up your return for processing.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all care and hang tags intact. Sleep sets must be returned in full, as partial returns are not accepted. Merchandise that appears worn, washed, or not in original condition may result in a delayed refund and, in some cases, will be returned to you if deemed unreturnable.
All returns must be shipped using the provided return label, and items must match those listed on the return packing slip. Please do not combine multiple returns into one shipment, as Nest Bedding and Lunya cannot be held responsible for returns that do not meet these criteria.
A $7 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If your return needs to be edited after submission, please contact Lunya support before shipping the package.
Warranty
Lunya does not offer a formal warranty at this time. Items received with damage in transit or a manufacturer’s defect will be reviewed for replacement or refund in accordance with Lunya’s quality standards.
