We offer a 30-night sleep trial on eligible products. The trial period is counted from the product's delivery date. Return and exchange requirements depend on the product purchased, so please review the applicable details below.
Which products are covered by this page?
This page supports the 30-night trial shown on the Puffin mattress and eligible Nest Bedding pillows, bedding, and mattress toppers. Return and exchange requirements vary by product category.
How does the 30-night period work for the Puffin mattress?
The Puffin mattress is excluded from the 365-Night Sleep Trial. A return request for the Puffin must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery and is subject to Nest Bedding's return approval process and applicable condition, hygiene, and support requirements. Products that are damaged, unsanitary, or otherwise fail to meet the return eligibility requirements are not eligible for return or refund.
Mattresses kept in the box for more than 30 days from delivery are not eligible for return.
How does the 30-night period work for eligible pillows?
Nest Bedding pillows may be returned within thirty (30) nights of delivery, subject to return approval. To be eligible, the pillow must be returned in its original Nest Bedding packaging and meet the applicable condition and hygiene requirements.
One (1) pillow exchange per order is provided at no cost. Nest Bedding may offer additional fill, removal guidance, or adjustment support before approving an exchange or return to help improve comfort and fit.
Approved pillow returns for a refund are subject to a $10 return shipping fee, deducted from the refund. This fee is waived for pillows Nest Bedding determines were damaged or defective upon arrival.

Eligible Nest Bedding-branded sheets, blankets, comforters, mattress protectors, pillowcases, and duvet covers may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to return approval. Items must be returned in their original Nest Bedding packaging and be new, sanitary, resaleable, and free from stains, odors, laundering, damage, or excessive wear.
One (1) bedding exchange per order is provided at no cost.

One (1) topper exchange per order is provided at no cost.
