Sleep and Exercise: Timing is Everything

Getting comfortable and cool in bed is important to the onset of sleep and the ability to stay in a deep sleep. And while rest is an important pillar in the foundation of good health, diet and exercise are as well. And the proper timing of when you eat and when you exercise can greatly affect getting that proper rest.

The best time to exercise is in the morning, but if you have to exercise in the evening, give yourself as much time as possible before bedtime. The same with your evening meal.
