Final sale

Outlet items are final sale. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges based on comfort, preference, fit, size, color, or other non-defect reasons. Each item card identifies the item, quantity available, and applicable warranty period before purchase.

Outlet Limited Warranty

This Outlet Limited Warranty applies to eligible factory-sealed products purchased through the Nest Bedding Outlet by the original purchaser. The coverage period begins on the date of delivery and is stated on the individual item card. If an item card identifies separate manufacturer warranty terms, those terms may provide additional coverage and are administered according to the manufacturer's requirements.

What this warranty covers

The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during the stated coverage period under normal residential use and when the product has been used and cared for according to its instructions.

What this warranty does not cover

• Comfort, preference, fit, size, color, or texture concerns
• Normal wear and tear or expected changes from ordinary use
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care or laundering, alterations, accidents, stains, odors, contamination, pets, or failure to follow care instructions
• Incidental or consequential losses except where applicable law does not permit their exclusion

Available remedy

Because outlet inventory is limited, repair or replacement might not be available. If Nest Bedding confirms a covered defect, the standard outlet remedy is Nest Bedding store credit equal to the original item purchase price actually paid, excluding shipping charges. If store credit cannot reasonably be issued or used, Nest Bedding may arrange another form of refund or payment. Any required tax adjustment will be handled as required by law. Total remedy value will not exceed the original item purchase price paid.

How to make a claim

Contact Nest Bedding Customer Service during the applicable warranty period. Provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or other reasonably requested documentation. Keep the product until Customer Service provides instructions. Claims are subject to review and confirmation of coverage.

Other rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
