Machine wash with cool water using gentle detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. Iron on low heat if desired.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. This product is fulfilled by our partner, Baloo, and Baloo’s return eligibility requirements and fees apply.
To request a return, contact Nest Bedding Customer Service at customerservice@nestbedding.com. We will coordinate the return with Baloo on your behalf. Approved returns must use the prepaid return label provided through Nest and Baloo. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Returned products are subject to receipt and inspection before a refund is approved.
Warranty
Items received with damage in transit or with a manufacturer’s defect will be replaced or refunded in line with Baloo’s Quality Guarantee.
Baloo guarantees the quality of each product, whether purchased directly or through an authorized retailer. If you experience an issue with materials or workmanship at any time during the product’s life, please contact us for assistance.
For faster support, please provide photos along with your original order details. Baloo’s Quality Guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors beyond product quality, such as spills, stains, cuts, pet claws, improper care, or other external damage that is not related to the product quality itself.
Orders are processed and shipped directly from Baloo.
Because Baloo processes orders quickly, cancellations, address changes, interception, and return-to-sender requests are not guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment. If a shipped package is redirected or returned to sender, a $25 fee per package will be deducted from the refund.
